Claudia Stallings is Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Wallace Real Estate in Knoxville, Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Stallings led promotional efforts at the Nashville Business Journal and Nashville Public Television.

She began her real estate career as an agent in 2004, became principal broker of a large branch in 2010, then began leading the company as Vice President of Residential Sales in 2016, and became a partner with brothers, Jim and George Wallace in 2019. Stallings is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Knoxville. Stallings uses her years of experience to help agents grow their careers. She is a columnist for the Knoxville News-Sentinel and company blog, and she serves as a spokesperson for the industry on local television outlets.

Wallace Real Estate began in 1936 and has grown to a seven-office, 500-agent company serving all east Tennessee in residential sales, property management, and commercial sales.
